- What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Revolut Pay. Payments are processed securely by Revolut.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Are prices inclusive of VAT?
- All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your billing country, in accordance with EU regulations.
- Is there a free trial?
- The Free tier is permanently free with no credit card required. It lets you explore the platform before upgrading to Pro.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- If you downgrade to Free, your conversation history is retained. Features exclusive to Pro (such as Deep Research and Image Generation) will become unavailable until you re-subscribe.
