1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Chat (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Chat provides a web-based interface for interacting with various AI language models, including chat conversations, deep research, and image generation. The Service routes your requests to third-party AI providers and displays their responses.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Automate access to the Service without our prior written consent
  • Use the Service to develop competing products

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription at €10 per month (excluding applicable VAT). By subscribing to Pro, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method monthly via our payment processor, Revolut.

  • Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until that date.
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification.
  • VAT: Applicable VAT will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country, in accordance with EU VAT regulations.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment remains outstanding, access to Pro features may be suspended until payment is resolved.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by third-party models and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You should independently verify important information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
