Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on AI Chat, operated by NordApps EU. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription, and we handle refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.
2. Subscription Model
AI Chat offers a monthly recurring Pro subscription at €10 per month (excluding applicable VAT). Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle via our payment processor, Revolut.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Settings page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full Pro access until that date.
No further charges will be made after cancellation. Cancellations do not generate a refund for the remaining portion of the current billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
As a general rule, subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started and you have had access to Pro features. However, we may grant refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: If a confirmed technical fault on our platform prevented you from accessing Pro features for a significant portion of your billing period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or service credit.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Unauthorised charge: If a charge was made without your authorisation, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund confirmed unauthorised charges.
- EU statutory rights: EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase, unless the digital service has already been fully provided with your prior express consent. By activating Pro access immediately after payment, you acknowledge that the service begins before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service, thereby waiving your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ai.nordapps.eu with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback.
7. Free Tier
The Free tier carries no charge and is therefore not subject to any refund. If you are on the Free tier and believe you have been charged, please contact us immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the paid service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
